Benoît Weil

Benoit Weil is Full Professor at Mines Paris– PSL Research University, at the Center of Management Science-i3 – UMR CNRS 9217. He created and now co-head the Chair of Design Theory and Methods for Innovation (DTMI), funded by a dozen of industrial partners. He conducts research on design theory, generativity models, the management of the unknown and creative preservation logics.

With Pascal Le Masson and Armand Hatchuel, he published “Strategic Management of Innovation and Design” (Cambridge University Press, 2010) and “design theory” (Springer, 2017) and several papers in international top-level journals. His works are regularly awarded and highly cited.
